HR Business Partner, Hardware

We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to Hardware teams, you’ll have a key role in shaping our diverse and collaborative environment and help ensure we attract and retain world-class talent.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with leaders to support and implement HR strategies that align with NVIDIA's business goals.
Successfully implement a variety of HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
Provide outstanding support to both managers and employees, ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and policies.
Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering, supportive work environment.
Leverage HR analytics to identify key workforce trends, proactively address challenges, and align talent strategies with business goals.
Manage employee relations issues strictly and confidentially, providing mentorship and solutions that adhere to company policies.
What we need to see:
Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-tech or global organization.
3+ years of experience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to persuade and work together across all levels.
Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
Proactive approach with practical experience using AI tools to enhance HR practices, and introduce innovative working methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data, turning insights into clear and effective outcomes.
Proficient in English and Hebrew.
