Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.\nWe are now looking for an HR M&A Integration Specialist to partner closely with our HR M&A lead across all phases of the deal lifecycle - from due diligence through post-close integration. In this role you will help drive HR workstreams and bring both operational rigor and a compensation foundation to one of the most dynamic teams in HR.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nDrive HR workstream management across active deals, tracking milestones and keeping cross-functional partners aligned and accountable.\nMaintain deal tracking tools and dashboards to provide real-time insight into HR integration progress.\nSupport job mapping and leveling for acquired employees, partnering with HRBPs to ensure accurate placement.\nSupport evaluation of target companies' compensation structures - including base pay, variable pay, and equity.\nPartner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure compensation decisions are aligned throughout the deal lifecycle.\nTrack post-close compensation matters for acquired employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.\nSupport onboarding and day-one readiness for acquired employees by partnering across key business functions.\nContinuously evolve the HR M&A Playbook and supporting resources to drive consistency and improvement across deals.\nFlex into broader HR projects and initiatives during lower deal volume periods.\nWhat We Need To See:\nA collaborative approach and genuine care for the employee experience.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of HR experience with a blend of compensation and project management exposure, including a solid understanding of compensation structures, job architecture, and equity programs.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines.\nComfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities and deal dynamics shift.\nExcellent cross-functional communication and partnership skills.\nCuriosity and interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and solve HR problems.\nData-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and report on HR integration metrics, identify trends, and develop recommendations across active deals.\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:\nPrior experience in M&A integration or a results-focused environment.\nStrong Excel and data modeling skills; experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms a plus..\nProven ability to build relationships and earn trust across all levels of the organization.\nExperience supporting HR processes across multiple geographies or countries.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
