You’ll lead communications projects supporting HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Legal, creating content that connects NVIDIANs to our mission, priorities, and culture. If so, come show us what you've got!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead employee communications projects supporting HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Legal, from planning through execution.\nCreate compelling content across emails, intranet articles, newsletters, executive messages, and videos.\nPartner with central functions to ensure clear, aligned, and consistent messaging.\nManage project timelines, editorial calendars, and review and approval processes.\nMeasure communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to better engage employees globally.\nWhat we need to see:\n8+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated impact in internal communications, or related roles.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nOutstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging employee content.\nStrong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to organize complex work, drive projects forward, and handle challenging priorities.\nExperience working across teams and handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.\nFamiliarity with internal communications tools such as Slack, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, or similar platforms; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nInterest in technology and a passion for storytelling.\nExperience leading communications projects for HR programs, central functions, or company-wide initiatives, including change communications.\nBeing comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
