The ideal candidate will effectively translate strategic plans into impactful results, bringing to bear structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication. This role focuses on engineering, support, and continuous improvement, involving the engineering and streamlining of tools and systems, as well as improving global support models and solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCollaborate with management and key collaborators to develop, implement, and manage support, operational, and project objectives.\nIdentify and develop future processes across NVIDIA IT, removing friction in day-to-day operations.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives by engaging leadership to deliver projects and initiatives.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to perform post-incident reviews, analyze trends, and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.\nWork with Tier 3 engineering teams to identify automation opportunities to reduce ticket volume and resolution times.\nMaintain and improve existing tools and solutions to address key business challenges.\nCollaborate with Tier 1 support and engineering teams for effective communication.\nProvide mentorship and maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.\nContribute to knowledge base articles and incident response documentation.\nStay up to date with the latest tech developments and introduce them where possible.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise and Infrastructure engineering support/engineering roles.\nBroad knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure, strong experience in system administration and operations roles.\nFamiliarity with incident management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nProven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.\nAbility to independently deliver innovative solutions with minimal direction.\nExcellent attention to detail, organization, and high-quality outputs.\nStrong presentation and training skills for non-technical audiences.\nProficient in Linux/Unix, Full Microsoft Stack (AD, Exchange), Network Infrastructure (Cisco), Application Engineering, Cisco Video Conferencing, and end-user endpoints (Mac/Windows) with experience using ticketing tools like Jira and ServiceNow for reporting and data analysis.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExcellent
