This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced lab environment, with a passion for complicated systems, precision, and new technologies like liquid cooling.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nOperate and maintain lab infrastructure - including racking, cabling, servers, networking, and cooling systems\nPerform physical racking, stacking, cabling, and cooling infrastructure setup\nInstall and maintain liquid cooling systems for lab equipment, including manifold connections, cold plate maintenance, leak detection, and coolant management\nProvide first-line support to internal engineering teams, translating technical requests into executable infrastructure tasks\nMaintain structured inventory and asset tracking, ensuring efficient lab operations and hardware allocation\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, DevOps) to enable seamless lab support and system deployment\nDocument and implement standard operating procedures, safety practices, and hardware lifecycle policies\nImplement solutions for automated workflows, equipment monitoring, and lab performance analysis\nWhat We Need to See:\nPractical / BSc in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineer\n2+ years in infrastructure support, lab operations, or related hardware-based environments\nHands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies - installation, maintenance, and safety handling\nProficiency with Linux, bash scripting, and common IT troubleshooting methods\nFamiliarity with enterprise servers, networking gear, and servers management\nStrong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with attention to detail\nProficiency in independent work, prioritizing urgent tasks, and delivering under tight deadlines\nExcellent English writing and oral communication skills\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nExperience with NVIDIA platforms, DOCA, or DPU labs\nKnowledge of lab automation, DevOps pipelines, or CI/CD integration in test environments\nExperience with liquid-cooled high-density racks or data center thermal optimization\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems and hardware documentation tools\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
