Legal Operations is the hub for the application of business principles, processes, and technology to improve the efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of our in-house legal department. In this role, you act as a forward-looking partner for the Legal Department. You turn legal service delivery into a competitive advantage by groundbreaking use of data, technology, and AI to support NVIDIA’s global innovation and scale. We operate at the intersection of law and the most transformative trends in technology, and we value initiative, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nDesigning, implementing, and documenting software tools, custom scripts, and automated workflows to streamline legal department processes.\n\nIntegrating and expanding our core legal tech stack-including CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM-with enterprise systems, APIs, custom tools, and automated data pipelines.\n\nArchitecting end-to-end technical solutions for high-impact areas like legal intake triage, contract automation, IP operations, and spend analytics.\n\nWorking directly with the Legal Operations manager, attorneys, paralegals, and partners from multiple functions in IT and Finance to translate legal workflows into scalable software solutions.\n\nMaintaining user documentation, system architectures, and infrastructure to ensure stability and security across our internal tools.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical subject area (or equivalent experience).\n\n3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience.\n\nProven track record to design, implement, and document complete solutions end-to-end.\n\nStrong programming foundation in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside a background involving RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.\n\nStrong curiosity and active willingness to learn how legal teams operate and how corporate law works.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nPrior experience building integrations or custom solutions tailored to internal workflow.\n\nExperience working with legal tech platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink\n\nHands-on experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code internal tool builders (e.g., Retool, Streamlit, Power Automate).\n\nAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment while translating complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.\n\nA passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pioneering the modern AI-driven enterprise.\n\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
