We are seeking a Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs - Healthcare & Life Sciences toserve as the operational backbone of ourHealthcare ProductMarketing team. In this role, youwillbe responsible fordesigning,coordinatingand delivering complex, multi-stakeholderGTMprograms that bring NVIDIA’s healthcare narrative to life acrossdeveloper ecosystems, partner collaborations, andkeyfield-facing moments. From orchestratingdeveloperhackathons and Deep Learning Institute (DLI) workshops todesigning white-glove executive experiencesforNVIDIA’s ecosystem partners, you will be the primarydriver of downstream healthcare market activation.This role sits within Product Marketing, where you willwork closely with the team,in turnengaging withproduct, business development, engineering, and partner teams to help take to market clear, credible, and compellingprogramsthat position NVIDIA as the platform for healthcare innovation.
What you'll be doing:
LeadGTM ProgramOperations:Ownend-to-endthe program management forHealthcareProduct Marketinginitiatives,defining scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and success metrics from conceptthrough execution and post-program analysis.
DriveField ActivationPrograms: Programmanagethe field activation ofProduct Marketingnarrativesand contentacross field-facing moments, ensuring NVIDIA and our partners show up withour best better-togethernarratives.
SupportExecutive and Partner Engagements:Leadtheoperationalfoundationfor high-touchexecutiveandpartner experiences including VIP Summits,Executive Briefing Centerprograms, andindustry roundtables, delivering executive-level experiences with precision and professionalism.
OrchestrateDeveloperCommunityPrograms:Orchestratedevelopercommunity programs, including hackathons and healthcare-specific DLI workshops, serving asprimary integratoracross teams to ensure developers and partners have access to the right content, curriculum, and technical environments.
People Management:Lead program managers on the team toward a common mission, enabling them with the mentorship, vision, and skill growthrequiredto take a program end to end.
WhatWe Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ina technical,businessor healthcare fields.
8+ years of overall relevant experiencein program management, project management, and delivery;
4+ years of experience leading a team,and their success delivering programs.
Operational Excellence:A proventrack recordof managing complex, high-stakes programs where "getting it right on the ground" is the primaryobjective.
PartnerFacingEngagement:Proventrack recordof building go-to-market programs with partners in healthcare or life sciences.
Stakeholder Management:Strong leadership skills tomanage cross-functional teamsandnavigate a matrixed organization.
Passion:A passion for healthcare and for how NVIDIA platforms for this industry position AI for good.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 2, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 3.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
