Our Ethernet solutions are designed for sectors such as Media & Entertainment and any domain requiring advanced DataStream and TCP/IP acceleration.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nLead a multidisciplinary team of 15+, including mechanical design engineers, draftsmen, mechanical librarians, and lab technicians.\n\nOwn all sustain engineering activities, including HW bug resolution and ongoing product support.\n\nDrive task forces to investigate and resolve production issues, reliability challenges, and failure analyses.\n\nSupport design teams and take an active part in hands-on design work.\n\nLead the inspection and approval process for second-site and second-source parts and components.\n\nOwn and continuously improve mechanical department methodologies and working procedures.\n\nMaintain and support the CAD & PLM systems, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.\n\nManage and mentor the draftsman team and technicians operating the Mechanical Lab & Workshop.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or higher.\n\n8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years managing engineering teams in an R&D environment.\n\nProven expertise in mechanical engineering processes.\n\nHands-on experience with electromechanical packaging, PCB/PCBA design, liquid-cooled systems, and sheet metal design.\n\nStrong proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred).\n\nSolid background in designing components and systems for high-volume manufacturing (sheet metal, stamping, injection molding).\n\nHigh awareness of quality, manufacturability, and robust production principles.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.\n\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nExperience working in a fast-paced, demanding R&D environment.\n\nProven experience collaborating with OEMs/ODMs and drafting Statements of Work.\n\nBackground in global enterprise telecommunications organizations.\n\nExperience developing and implementing new design methodologies.\n\nWide understanding of AI tools related to mechanical design and design debug.\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
