You will prioritize tasks, provide technical mentoring, and develop an inclusive, collaborative environment.\nLeading the integration and adoption of NVIDIA’s AI software stack and open-weight models within Oracle’s platforms, services, and customer solutions.\nWorking together with Oracle engineering and product leaders to define architectures and integration strategies for generative AI, inference, and agentic AI.\nGuiding technical engagements from discovery through to production deployment, aligning achievements, resolving technical challenges, and measuring success.\nOptimizing model serving for performance, latency, efficiency, scalability, and cost across enterprise workloads.\nEngaging with Oracle customers to understand business needs, demonstrate technical value, and guide adoption through workshops, architecture reviews, and executive discussions.\nCollaborating with NVIDIA teams to bring customer feedback into product decisions and align efforts with business priorities.\nWhat we need to see:\nBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 10 overall years of experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 4 years leading people or complex technical projects.\nStrong technical expertise in generative AI, including large language models, model evaluation, and deployment of open-weight models.\nPractical experience with AI inference, model serving, performance optimization, and deploying workloads on accelerated computing infrastructure.\nExperience building or deploying agentic AI applications, with an understanding of retrieval, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.\nDemonstrated skill in guiding technical teams, advising engineers, and completing projects that span multiple departments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, enabling the simplification of complex technical concepts for engineers, customers, and senior management.\nA customer-focused method with the ability to convert business needs into technical strategies and operational solutions.\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nExperience working with Oracle, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Oracle’s suite of enterprise software.\nExperience leading a customer-facing Solutions Architecture or engineering team.\nHands-on experience with NVIDIA’s AI software stack, GPU acceleration, and production inference technologies.\nA track record of driving technology adoption through strategic partnerships, joint engineering, or enterprise customer engagements.\nDemonstrated success in optimizing AI workloads using benchmarks and achieving measurable improvements in performance, reliability, or cost.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
