The Autonomous Vehicles Program Management team is searching for a creative and experienced manager to own the end-to-end development of new autonomous driving features for NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform. We are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in gaming, visualization, supercomputing and self-driving cars. As a key member of our Autonomy Program Team, you will be a key leader responsible for the software development execution of our autonomous driving software stack. NVIDIA gives automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self-driving vehicles. Today, we are working with over 270 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwn the delivery roadmap and health of all autonomy software programs, keeping execution aligned with the various vehicle programs and customer timelines.\nLead and grow a team of experienced TPMs, hiring outstanding talent and guiding each person's professional development.\nStay hands-on by personally leading the most critical and technically demanding programs, and by digging into design reviews, integration planning, and issue investigations to find root causes, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions.\nPartner with program, product, and engineering leaders to turn top-down strategy and ambiguous goals into executable plans with defined scope, milestones, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes.\nEstablish and run program governance, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting, so teams and leadership always know where each program stands.\nDrive cross-functional delivery of software features across engineering, test and validation, regulatory, and customer teams, resolving the most complex interdependencies and systemic risks.\nBuild strong partnerships with leaders across software, testing, regulatory affairs, and vehicle programs.\nServe as the primary escalation point and senior representative in cross-functional and executive forums, giving leadership concise updates that turn complex technical and regulatory risks into clear decision points and recommendations.\nWhat we need to see:\nBS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)\n4+ years of experience leading a team\n8+ years of overall relevant experience\nProven experience in Automotive, Perception, Path Planning, robotics and/or AI.\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across teams and time zones.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nProven experience leading end-to-end development of ADAS or self-driving features\nExperience as software engineer, software QA or systems engineer.\nExperience in a fast-paced Automotive OEM or supplier.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
