Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, monitor order status to ensure process efficiency.\nKeep track of all received data and source documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.\nOrder fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.\nCoordinates with account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order related issues.\nCompile data from booked/shipped reports and build trackers to review order-on-hold status.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.\nAbility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, finance or comparable field or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience.\nSolid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.\nDemonstrate ability to use business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvement.\nAdvanced problem-solving and analysis skills.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nDeep experience in SAP.\nHigh-Tech business experience is desired.\nEnjoy working in a fast pace environment.
