Come join the team and see how we can make a lasting impact on the world.\nWe are seeking to hire a PCIe Design Verification Intern in a six month role, working from February 2027 - August 2027. \nIn this role you will work in an SV/UVM test-bench, verifying PCIe and CXL hardware functionality and performance. Responsibilities may include enablement of new features (coding and debug), coding of coverage or checkers, simulation performance measuring/analysis/improvement, or automation of engineering processes and tools.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop directed or random diagnostics to validate the processor Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), reference models, C simulation models, RTL models, HW emulators and real hardware.\nWrite and review validation test plans.\nDebug of diagnostics on various platforms\nCollaborate with a worldwide team of engineers on planning, development, and deployment.\nWhat we need to see:\nPursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree.\nExposure to computer architecture, ASIC design, or verification methodology is required.\nFamiliarity with Object Oriented programing and/or SystemVerilog\nPrevious scripting experience in Python or Perl.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nPassionate about solving problems\nYou're experienced with directed and random functional testing including writing test plans\nFamiliar with automation of build, test, and other engineering processes\nExperience with hardware simulation and waveform debug tools\nNVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
