This role fits an ambitious person who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and is passionate about employing pioneering technology to make a strong impact.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDrive the strategic roadmap and implementation for Enterprise Software Platforms with critical business units.\nLead and manage the execution of multiple, concurrent, and complex programs and projects.\nCollaborate with Engineering and cross-functional leadership to innovate and reimagine solutions in the Enterprise AI and Platform domains.\nDefine project scope, success criteria, budget, and resource requirements in partnership with key collaborators.\nProactively identify and lead cross-functional dependencies and risks across organizational boundaries.\nCommunicate project updates regularly to collaborators, focusing on scope, budget, and velocity to manage expectations.\nEngage the project steering committee for critical decisions and mentorship.\nFoster interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams and leaders at all organizational levels.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).\nA minimum of 15 years in IT, including more than 10 years proficiently directing complex technical programs in a fast-paced, evolving enterprise environment.\n3-5 years of specific program management experience in the AI and Enterprise Applications space.\nProven technical proficiency in AI concepts, including Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI Ops, as well as Enterprise products.\nExpertise in Agile execution methodologies is essential.\nSolid experience in Data Analytics and visualization.\nAbility to provide solutions efficiently and manage a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with the capability to articulate the connection between high-level strategic objectives and detailed project execution.\nAdept at engaging with IT and business leadership to remove roadblocks and drive projects forward.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nDemonstrated success in building and shipping AI products and platforms.\nProven ability to deliver AI solutions, preferably within the Supply Chain domain, to improve efficiency.\nExperience in leading critically important production systems, using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to drive operational excellence.\nStrong analytical skills to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.\nAbility to perform efficiently in a dynamic environment and adjust swiftly to changing priorities and demands.\nJoin us at NVIDIA and be part of a team that's crafting the future of technology, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate on groundbreaking projects.
