We need a creative individual who will help design and operationalize manufacturing plans for GPU Server products. Because of the increasing complexity of our GPU servers, we need your manufacturing experience to forecast equipment and capacity, as well as ensuring we think about possible trouble spots ahead of time. You will be exposed to various aspects of building and testing NVIDIA server products, from GPUs to full system testing. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage and capacity, and reduce production costs.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nIdentify the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review\n\nWork with ODM/CM engineers for continuous process improvement\n\nManage manufacturing and quality issues on the production line\n\nForecast equipment, tooling, and production capacity\n\nEscalate critical quality issues to engineering teams and management\n\nAssist, develop, and provide feedback on server design and DFx\n\nCollaborate with server engineering and product engineering teams\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline (i.e., Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical) or Business Administration with technology Industry working experience.\n\n5+ years manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products\n\nStrong communication skills in both English and Mandarin\n\nKnowledge of yield rate, pareto analysis.\n\nSelf-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams\n\nGood communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving\n\nGood time management and task prioritization\n\nAble to be proactive and drive projects with minimal supervision\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world.
