As a key member of the Americas Sales Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting NVIDIA’s major OEM customers and strategic customers. Join us and be part of a highly dedicated team crafting the future of computing!\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop and implement sales operations strategies for OEM and strategic customers, including forecasting, sales account management, customer training, and education.\nPartner with regional sales executives to define and operationalize key processes for sales forecasting, reporting, analytics, and operations.\nSupport account management teams throughout the sales cycle, including quotes, special pricing, deal tracking, rebates, end-of-life (EOL) terms, and revenue management.\nCollaborate with NVIDIA’s Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales Management, and Product teams to maintain continuity of supply and drive process improvements.\nDevelop and standardize business reporting to support strategic analysis and internal business reviews.\nEstablish and maintain customer forecast and fulfillment metrics using historical data analysis, forecast waterfall analysis, and trend analysis.\nContribute to the development of regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.\nLead daily sales administration and account operations, including forecast management, customer demand fulfillment, customer-level supply commitments, and coordination of new product introductions (NPI), EOL transitions, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) hub supply.\nWhat we need to see:\n5+ years Sales Operations experience with Tier One OEMs\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nProven consultative and project management skills. Highly detailed oriented.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.\nCapability to work efficiently in a dynamic high-tech environment.\nKnowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience in supply chain management.\nHigh energy and positive problem-solving attitude.\nAbility to multi-task and strong organizational skills.\nSelf-motivated, creative, flexible, and able to use good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.\nStrong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
