effective!\n\nImprove test case generation, defect detection, flaky test analysis, regression testing, and test coverage optimization.\n\nWork with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to review requirements and define test strategies.\n\nBuild test plans, design and execute test cases, and report quality status, risks, bugs, and results.\n\nPerform functional, performance, fault-injection, reliability, and regression testing for cloud-native systems.\n\nAutomate test cases and contribute to scalable test frameworks.\n\nManage the bug lifecycle, reproduce customer issues, and verify fixes.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nMS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of QA, test automation, or software testing experience.\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools to improve QA workflows.\n\nStrong QA fundamentals, test strategy, test planning, and failure analysis skills.\n\nProficiency with Unix/Linux and shell or Python programming.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native systems.\n\nExperience testing observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with large-scale failure testing, using tools such as KWOK, Chaos Monkey, or similar frameworks.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for complex technology\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nUsed AI to reduce testing time, improve defect detection, or increase test coverage.\n\nBuilt AI-driven solutions that streamlined QA workflows or reduced manual effort.\n\nExperience with SaaS or PaaS testing.\n\nExperience with NVIDIA GPU hardware or GPU-accelerated
