If you're creative, responsible, hardworking, and autonomous, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDesign and develop software for NVIDIA NIC and DPU platforms, working on features that improve functionality, visibility, and overall system capability.\nBuild and enhance tools, libraries, and reference applications that help with monitoring, debugging, performance analysis, and ease of use across host and DPU environments.\nInvestigate and improve system performance across hardware and software stacks, helping to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput, latency, scalability, and efficiency.\nContribute to new offload and acceleration capabilities that improve platform performance and enable advanced networking and data-processing use cases.\nCollaborate with architecture, firmware, hardware, validation, and software teams across NVIDIA to develop and deliver new capabilities from early stages through the full product lifecycle.\nWhat we need to see:\n12+ years of hands-on experience in software development in C/C++.\nGood understanding of Linux operating system and/or embedded systems.\nBachelors Degree within a relative field.\nHighly adaptable, with a strong aptitude for learning, researching, and analysing tasks.\nAbility to inspect and improve the code, processes, and architecture of the existing systems.\nKnowledge and experience in the delivery of high-quality software.\nUse and experience of AI coding tools.\nStrong background in designing, implementing and debugging complex software.\nExperience in leading the development of big features/projects, familiarity with Agile, designing the architecture, reporting progress.\nAbility to present design and architectural decisions to peers and management.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nStrong software development fundamentals, including compilers, build systems, Linux environments, and hands-on debugging of complex system-level issues.\nGood understanding of networking concepts and experience with technologies such as the Ethernet protocol stack, sockets, DPDK, or related performance-oriented networking frameworks.\nAbility to analyze technical problems in depth, understand system-level trade-offs, and deliver practical, well-optimized solutions.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
