This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with groundbreaking technologies, including the powerful NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 platform, and deliver unmatched performance at data-center scale.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead program execution and technical engagement directly with NeoCloud providers and their ODM/OEM partners.\n\nIntegrate data center tools and operationalize processes for AI factory buildouts, proactively resolving blockers to keep programs on track.\n\nEnsure the reliable assembly and deployment of groundbreaking AI infrastructure platforms by partnering closely with NeoCloud and their ODM/OEM partners to meet defined quality metrics and schedules.\n\nBuild and lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment, accountability, and execution excellence.\n\nProvide technical direction for server system builds in collaboration with subject-matter experts.\n\nManage program timelines, dependencies, and risks while proactively addressing issues that could impact delivery.\n\nEnsure the timely delivery of customer-specific features and successful production deployments.\n\nCommunicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key insights to senior leadership.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nDemonstrated program and project management experience involving direct customer engagement.\n\n8+ years of experience successfully delivering complex technical programs.\n\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to influence outcomes in global, matrixed organizations.\n\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field\n\nSolid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale data center projects.\n\nGrowth mindset and commitment to developing new skills as NVIDIA expands into new markets.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\n8+ years of experience managing programs and projects, including direct Japanese customer engagement.\n\nExtensive experience leading technical programs for cloud compute deployments in Japan.\n\nHands-on expertise in building and deploying large-scale compute server infrastructure.\n\nProven track record to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.\n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
