You will act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate-bridging the needs of the manufacturing developer community with NVIDIA’s engineering, product, and platform teams.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of industrial software ecosystems with strong technical credibility, developer advocacy skills, and a passion for enabling real-world AI adoption in manufacturing environments.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nServe as the trusted technical advisor and advocate for the manufacturing and industrial developer ecosystem across EMEA, working closely with software developers, ISVs, startups, OEMs, and system integrators.\n\nAccelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies by demonstrating end-to-end solutions for manufacturing workloads such as robotics, digital twins, simulation, computer vision, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and industrial AI.\n\nDesign and deliver technical enablement assets including sample code, reference architectures, demonstrations, workshops, and best-practice guides tailored to manufacturing and industrial use cases.\n\nGuide partners and developers through onboarding, integration, and optimization of NVIDIA platforms and programs, fostering co-innovation and early technical success.\n\nEngage deeply with partner engineering teams and technical leaders to understand requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and promote scalable, production-ready implementations.\n\nMap, track, and analyze the manufacturing developer ecosystem to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends that inform NVIDIA’s adoption and engagement strategies.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, solution architects, marketing, and sales to align developer feedback with product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.\n\nRepresent the voice of manufacturing developers internally, providing structured feedback from field engagements to influence platform capabilities, tooling, and documentation.\n\nSupport marketing and ecosystem programs by highlighting customer and partner success stories, contributing to technical content, events, launches, and industry forums.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solution architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on industrial or manufacturing ecosystems.\n\nStrong technical understanding of AI/ML applications in manufacturing, including robotics, simulation, digital twins, industrial vision, or data-driven automation.\n\nFamiliarity with industrial software ecosystems, including ISVs, platforms, and solution stacks used in manufacturing environments.\n\nProven ability to lead complex technical engagements and collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, and partner organizations.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from hands-on developers to technical executives.\n\nPassion for developer advocacy, ecosystem development, and working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.\n\nCoachability, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.\n\nStrong written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.\n\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nHands-on experience building or deploying AI-driven solutions for manufacturing or industrial use cases.\n\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI stack (e.g., CUDA, Isaac, Omniverse, AI frameworks, simulation and robotics platforms).\n\nBackground in data science, robotics, industrial engineering, or related technical disciplines.\n\nDemonstrated success building and scaling developer communities, technical programs, or ecosystem initiatives.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with experience working with startups or emerging technology partners in the manufacturing space.\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers!
