The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDevelop and maintain extensive technical knowledge in Retail & CPG intelligent stores and Physical AI. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in Retail & CPG, with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.\nAccelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.\nGuide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources-such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to accelerate Retail & CPG intelligent-store and Physical AI adoption and develop co-innovation of next-generation solutions.\nAssess the developer ecosystem to identify emerging opportunities and adoption trends. Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing to influence roadmaps and accelerate partner adoption.\nCollaborate with partner technical leaders to accelerate integrations and solve complex technical challenges. Drive adoption, uncover new workflows, and translate field insights into actionable feedback for NVIDIA product teams.\nDrive technical adoption of NVIDIA Metropolis, DeepStream, TAO, Triton/NIM, and vision-language models for intelligent-store applications. Enable use cases across shelf availability, product recognition, checkout, loss prevention, customer flow, and store operations while addressing accuracy, latency, privacy, and deployment constraints.\nAccelerate Physical AI adoption using NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, Isaac, Cosmos, and simulation and synthetic-data workflows. Enable store and warehouse robotics, autonomous systems, and digital twins by connecting perception, simulation, and real-world actions across GPU and edge platforms such as Jetson\nCreate and maintain open-source reference implementations, blueprints, and benchmarks. Demonstrate measurable technical and economic value at GTC, NRF, and ecosystem events through performance, deployment efficiency, developer adoption, partner integrations, and production readiness.\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. \nA minimum of 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in computer vision, video AI, robotics, or Physical AI, ideally applied to Retail & CPG environments.\nProven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies, and Retail & CPG, computer vision, or robotics ISVs, or within relevant verticals.\nSignificant technical depth in computer vision and Physical AI software including video analytics, multimodal/VLM approaches, robotics, simulation and synthetic data, digital twins, and GPU-accelerated edge-to-cloud inference, and contributions to product integrations and software libraries.\nExperience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops\nProven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).\nSkilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nHands-on experience building or optimizing Retail & CPG solutions (e.g., loss prevention, shelf intelligence, checkout, store robotics, or production vision systems).\nFamiliarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (e.g., CUDA, Metropolis, DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton, NIM, NeMo, Jetson, Omniverse, Isaac).\nSuccessful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.\nExpertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product rationalization across Retail & CPG and Physical AI.\nExperience with vision-language-action systems, agentic AI, or Cosmos world foundation models, coordinating computer vision perception with robotic planning and execution.\nWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
