The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technicalexpertiseand commercial go-to-market experience, combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nBuild strong relationships across the EMEASmart Spaces and Local Government ISVecosystem and foster meaningful synergies between customers and partner organizations as well as energize the ecosystem through training sessions on NVIDIA innovations, covering strategy,hardwareand software\n\nAct as a trusted advisor, working closely with account management,businessdevelopmentand solution architectteams to create and support new markets and accelerateISVpartner scale\n\nServe as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in your designatedSmart spaces andLocal Governmentvertical, with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.\n\nAccelerate critical workloads bydemonstratinggroundbreakingsolutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.\n\nAdvise on the technical enablement resources-such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems\n\nGuide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.\n\nMap, track, andmonitorthe developer ecosystem toidentifygrowth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.\n\nCollaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement andoptimizepartner adoption strategies.\n\nEngage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, anddecision-makerstoidentifygoals, solve technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations.\n\nRepresent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s ormaster’sdegree inComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nA minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces).\n\nProven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology organizations in Public Sector, Local Gov, Smart Cities and Spaces ISVs, or within relevant verticals.\n\nSignificant technicalproficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.\n\nHands-on experience buildingand customizingLLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments.\n\nExperience with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement,OpenShell-like environments, or secure enterprise agent runtime build.\n\nExperience with model customization or post-training techniques such as SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, DPO or relevant equivalent experience, reward modeling,LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization, or model evaluation.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability towork in complex, matrixed environments anddistill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.\n\nExperience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops\n\nProven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal,productor marketing teams as needed).\n\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nHands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software such as NIM,NeMoFramework,NeMoRetriever,NeMoGuardrails,NVIDIAAgent Toolkit,Agent Skills,Dynamo,Nemotron,Blueprints,CUDA-X Libraries,Triton,TensorRT-LLM, or NIM Operator.\n\nUnderstanding ofAI Factory requirements includingServer, Storage and Network infrastructure (Sizing, Installation, Power challengesetc..)\n\nExperience building post-training pipelines for reasoning, tool use, domain adaptation, enterprise task performance, or agent behavior improvement.\n\nUnderstanding of how a DevRel function can influence customers’ commercial purchasing decisions, with experience in-or exposure to-sales and pre-sales activities\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers!
