We are excited to onboard a fun-loving person like you.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nSupport OpenStack Team Operations queue working within our Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Environments.\nDevelop and support OpenStack Services and Cloud based operations, monitoring, troubleshooting and assisting triage and resolution of bugs, and KPI investigations.\nWork closely with world-class SRE, PaaS, Image and Infrastructure engineers, architects, technical product managers and application developers to support code development and setting the best strategies in place for a product launch.\nSolve sophisticated problems involving multi-site OpenStack Regional Deployments supporting NVIDIA products.\nCollaborate with multi-functional teams, including system engineering, software engineering, mechanical/thermal engineering, operations, data center teams, external vendors, and other partners to successfully deliver a reliable and robust platform from concept to deployments.\nDirectly contribute to the overall quality of deployments and improve time to market for next gen products.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of relevant experience supporting Openstack with Ironic.\nThorough understanding of the PXE process, including host configuration (BIOS and network card), general network configurations such as VLANs, switch port settings, and cabling.\nKnowledge of services involved in PXE booting, such as DHCP (DNSMASK), TFTP, HTTP, and ISCSI, essential for troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with OpenStack services and their interactions, including nova, nova placement, Neutron, Glance, Cinder, and Ironic.\nAbility to troubleshoot across different OpenStack applications, comprehend the OpenStack deployment process, and understand service dependencies and order of operations.\nProficiency in using AI DevOps Tools, Python coding.\nExpertise in supporting third-party services like MySQL, RabbitMQ, CEPH, HaProxy, and Keepalived.\nAbility to use tools such as Ansible, Gitlab, Jenkins, Grafana, DataDog and Elastic Search for successful system configuration and maintenance.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience with Openstack Ironic, ML2 and Baremetal provisioning\nFamiliarity working in large scale R&D/QA environments, for product bring ups.\nExperience with running OpenStack in Containerized Environment\nBackground with Linux, RHEL, Anisible, Bash and Python.\nFamiliarity with Jenkins, Ansible and REST APIs.\nNVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization.
