ecosystem.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDevelop OpenBMC firmware and core features to support next-generation GPU server platforms.\n\nParticipate in and upstream OpenBMC code, working with the open-source community to drive feature development and influence project direction.\n\nBuild and implement manageability and monitoring solutions for enterprise components such as CPUs, GPUs, DIMMs, SSDs, NICs, PSUs, FPGAs, and CPLDs.\n\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to support data center product production and provide on-site factory support as required.\n\nAdapt to evolving business priorities and demonstrate flexibility in taking on a broad range of technical responsibilities.\n\nTravel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer engagements, manufacturing activities, and product deployments.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n5+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams.\n\nDeep knowledge of Linux, including command-line usage, driver architecture, and Linux kernel internals.\n\nHands-on experience with board bring-up, device drivers (I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, SMBus, Mailbox, etc.), and device tree development for U-Boot and the Linux kernel.\n\nProficiency in C/C++ programming, along with scripting experience in Python and/or Bash.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and translate technical requirements and challenges into actionable solutions.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.\n\nWays to stand out from the
