working alongside, or immediately behind, theApplication Engineering layer - reproduce, debug, root-cause, and resolve field issues on post-silicon(shipping) products, and provide timely, high-quality technical responses.\n\nTurn customer feature requests into reality - design, implement, and verify firmware features for postsilicon products, in close coordination with the customer and the wider PCIe group.\n\nTake part in the team's activities - feature implementation and verification, complex post-silicon debug,and release convergence toward official releases.\n\nCollaborate across teams - PCIe firmware, software, architecture, and QA - as well as with local customer oriented application engineers.\n\nImprove the automated process - Constantly improving our efficiency and integrity.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nB.Sc. or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.\n\n5+ years of experience in firmware design and development.\n\nStrong low-level C and embedded fundamentals.\n\nStrong debugging skills - the ability to drive complex post-silicon / embedded issues to root cause.\n\nCustomer-facing communication - fluent Mandarin and professional English.\n\nProblem solver, independent and curious.\n\nStrong social skills and self-learning ability.\n\nStrong multi-disciplinary capabilities and the ability to work with a wide interface of people -
