With talented engineers around the globe, the work environment is dynamic, meaningful, and fast-paced.\nWhat you will be doing:\nTake part in research, design, and development of QoS and FW algorithms, enhancing performance, reliability, and scalability.\n\nWork closely with the architecture and different software design teams.\n\nImplement new features in the core of NVIDIA NIC Firmware in pre and post silicon environment.\n\nDevelop verification tests for advanced features in a highly complex and sophisticated Firmware testing environment.\n\nGain a deep understanding of system debug, networking technology and stacks, as well as the HW/FW/SW relationship.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science fields from a known institute.\n\n5+ years of professional experience\n\nProven experience in technical leadership and making key decisions for complex firmware projects.\n\nProficiency in C and embedded systems programming.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach, able to dive deep into and solve complex issues.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nKnowledge of network protocols.\n\nReal time programming.\n\nAbility to build effective working relationships across multiple org. functions, engineers and managers.\n\nStrong multi-tasking and real-time crisis management skills.\n\nAbility to understand and extract action plans from complicated technical discussions and translate to clear messaging for multifunctional and executive status reporting.\n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
