This role will be interacting with customers, partners and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI Factory projects. These efforts include a combination of networking, system design and automation and validation.\nWhat you will be doing:\nPrimary responsibilities will include deploying, managing, and validating High-Performance Storage infrastructure in AI Factory Linux-based environments.\n\nBe the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.\n\nHandover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers required to support customers.\n\nProvide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nMinimum of a four-year degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years in providing in-depth support, deployment, and validation services;
