Our job is to facilitate the sharing and separation of system resources while achieving real-time, safety, and security requirements. We develop Hypervisor and RTOS with a strong focus on automotive quality, safety and security needed for the real-time, highly available system level components of world-class Autonomous Vehicles. We are making extensive use of formal methods to automate our workflow and increase the quality of our SW. We are hiring now for the position of Senior System Software Engineer for Hypervisor and RTOS\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDesign and develop new features for RTOS and hypervisor software stack.\n\nBring up and optimize RTOS and hypervisor stacks on new NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.\n\nDevelop high-integrity software using best-in-class engineering, safety, and security practices.\n\nDebug complex system-level issues across hardware, firmware, RTOS, and virtualization layers.\n\nLead team-wide technical initiatives by building alignment, coordinating execution, and driving them to completion.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBS, MS in CS/CE/EE or a related engineering field or equivalent experience\n\n8+ years of experience\n\nStrong technical leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience driving cross-team initiatives.\n\nStrong systems programming experience in C/C++ and embedded software development.\n\nDeep understanding of RTOS concepts, operating-system internals, and hardware-assisted virtualization.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nKnowledge of Automotive quality standards, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434\n\nA track record of influencing technical direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving complex, team-wide initiatives through completion.\n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
