Separately, this role also provides a rare opportunity to gain broad system-level understanding, offering visibility into how the SerDes integrates and interacts within the larger chip architecture-insight typically beyond the standard algorithmic scope.\nYou will collaborate closely with analog and digital designers, signal integrity experts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure simulation models and lab results accurately represent real-world system behavior. If you are passionate about solving complex signal processing challenges and working at the forefront of technology, we want to hear from you.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nDevelop HW tools and flows to improve lab debuggability and visibility.\n\nCorrelate simulation results with lab measurements to improve model accuracy.\n\nWork closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and reliable model representation.\n\nFind performance bottlenecks\n\nCharacterize and evaluate analog and digital blocks in the lab to contribute to the DSP architecture and modeling strategies for next-generation SerDes designs.\n\nWhat We Need To See:\nBS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in Signal Processing, or Communications.\n\nStrong MATLAB development skills.\n\nSolid understanding of high-speed communication systems and mixed-signal processing.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams.\n\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:\nExperience in signal integrity.\n\nBackground in Chip Design or Mixed Signal design.\n\nStrong Python development skills.\n\nHands-on lab experience in communication systems.\n\nNVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
