The candidate will supervise Product engineering activities in a contract manufacturing lines, working closely with groups across the networking organization: Hardware/Software/Firmware R&D, Architecture, Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, and Operations groups. The candidate will take part in direct communications with NVIDIA internal and external groups. The position provides an opportunity to gain deep knowledge of NVIDIA networking systems and a system-level view of our solutions, along with working in dynamic and positive environment.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLeading Cross-Organizational Task Forces: You will be responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams to address quality events and failure modes. This involves coordinating efforts from various departments, such as hardware, software, and manufacturing, to collectively work towards identifying and resolving issues.\n\nRoot Cause Analysis and Test Planning: You will perform in-depth root cause analysis by meticulously analyzing failure modes Monitor and control the test yield for all stations.\n\nOnsite engineering support: Provide onsite tier 1 support for tests validation, test infrastructures, tests setup and station troubleshooting.\n\nIntroduction and training of new tests to CM engineering team.\n\nThe working place base at factory at Jabil (CMs) Pune in India.\n\nWhat We Need To See:\nB.S. in Electrical /Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system\n\nFailure analysis/debugging/Architecture or Product Engineer.\n\nFamiliar with the manufacturing processes of electronic products.\n\nProficient with lab equipment and lab setups and troubleshooting skills.\n\nA highly motivated teammate who always stays up to date with new technologies and FA methodologies.\n\nProficient in English is required.\n\nWays To Stand Out from The Crowd:\nExperience as a test engineer or product engineer.\n\nExperience in board design/system.\n\nFamiliar with ICT / JTAG, reliability test like Burn In, HASS and ATE functional tests.\n\nLinux operating systems, and programming languages such as
