As part of the core design team, you’ll take ownership of parts of the design and work closely with architecture, verification, and physical design teams, contributing to a fast-moving, technology-focused environment and helping shape future products.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nAs part of the CPU core team, you’ll take ownership of a unit.\n\nContributing to the micro-architecture, writing RTL and documentation.\n\nWorking closely with verification and implementation teams to meet timing, area, performance, and power goals.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n\n8+ years in processor or high-performance semiconductor design\n\nStrong RTL expertise and solid computer architecture background\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProven ownership and technical leadership of complex design blocks\n\nTrack record of driving design and verification initiatives (e.g., uArch, methodology, efficiency) \n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nA strong background in computer architecture is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) is a plus \n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
