As a Global Payment Operations and Compliance Manager, you will be in a premier finance team at our Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Accounts Payable, you will lead all aspects of the entire payment lifecycle ensuring smooth, touchless, secure & compliant payment processing globally.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCoordinate the daily operations of global accounts payable payments, ensuring timely processing and strict adherence to on-time payment SLAs.\nLead the transmission of payments through our ERP and Host to Host (H2H) network to banks.\nEnsure system reconciliations between H2H transmission, bank acknowledgements and rejection files.\nDevelop and maintain fraud detection rules and system checks for all vendor disbursements.\nMonitor payments including rejections across various channels in real time.\nUphold compliance with global regulations and industry standard processes by maintaining detailed compliance documents and staying informed about any modifications.\nLead a team of global payment processors, implementing standard processes and operational controls to maintain outstanding performance.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n10+ overall years of experience in Payment management processes and system implementation.\n4+ years of leadership experience.\nProven expertise in managing automation of Payment Systems workflows and payment transmissions.\nStrong knowledge of KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance requirements.\nOutstanding analytical skills for conducting audits and investigating potential fraudulent transactions.\nExperience in AI tools and capabilities, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, in a finance or business context.\nExcellent team management skills with the ability to lead and encourage a diverse team.\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
