Today, we are increasingly known as “The AI computing company”.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nCoordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the APAC region\n\nLead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locations\n\nDeep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations across APAC countries\n\nSupervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team\n\nConduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews\n\nEngage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processes\n\nProvide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reports\n\nPartner with other business units and contribute to a strong work culture\n\nSupport the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contacts\n\nWhat We Need To See:\nBachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study\n\n10+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation, and 5+ years of management experience\n\nIndustry methodologies and metrics defining excellence\n\nKnowledge of security technology systems and concepts\n\nUnderstand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations\n\nValidated decision-making and discernment skills\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills\n\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:\nAdvanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)\n\nExperience leading physical security teams for large special events\n\nFluent in both English and Mandarin\n\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
