As a member of our Mixed Signal team, you will lead the design of CMOS high-speed interface circuits and mixed-signal circuits. Strong hands-on experience in the lab with silicon validation, debugging, characterization and bring up.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead design and implementation of high speed interface circuit\n\nDesign projects include high speed transceivers and high frequency PLLs\n\nDesign, simulation, and verification of mixed-signal circuits\n\nSupervise closely IC circuit/mask designers, provide floorplan and layout guidelines\n\nSupport lab characterization of silicon\n\nTackle challenges of circuit design in deep submicron CMOS\n\nTake designs through implementation and productization\n\nWork with multi-functional teams\n\nWhat we need to see:\nMS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience\n\n4+ years of design experience in CMOS analog / mixed-signal circuit Design\n\nSolid understanding of Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulator, timing analysis tool\n\nA great teammate with good interpersonal skills\n\nProven experience in crafting and mentoring designers\n\nExtensive experience in Tx, Rx, CDR, PLL for high speed IO interfaces\n\nIn-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process and related circuit design issues\n\nExperience in silicon bring-up, debugging and use of lab instrumentation is required\n\nKnowledge in system level timing budget, signal integrity, and power integrity is a plus\n\nExperience in Verilog, Matlab, Primetime, Nanotime\n\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
