You will be part of a world-class team, driving innovation and delivering flawless solutions that define the next era of computing!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDefine and take responsibility for the complete platform architecture covering NICs and network management for computing clusters and data-centers.\nDrive the strategic vision for coordinated platform solutions addressing AI training/inference and cloud-native workloads.\nLead cross-functional collaboration with GPU, NIC, DPU, and network management groups to ensure seamless hardware-software co-design.\nDefine platform-level software stacks, APIs, and management frameworks that orchestrate networking, compute, and acceleration resources.\nConduct and lead research into emerging network technologies, GPU-networking convergence, and large-scale cluster management.\nCollaborate closely with hardware platform architects to define and communicate software requirements, ensuring they are reflected in future hardware platform builds and architectural decisions.\nWhat We Need to See:\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of experience in systems/platform architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.\nStrong knowledge of NIC/DPU architectures, GPU computing, and managing networks on a large scale.\nDemonstrated experience in outlining and providing complex, multi-component platform solutions.\nOutstanding ability to drive alignment across hardware, software, and product teams.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.\nAbility to quickly adapt to new technologies and drive innovative solutions for complex requirements.\nWays to Stand Out from the crowd:\nProven experience directing large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs - from architecture definition through delivery - with a history of delivering complex systems on schedule and at scale.\nFamiliarity with network management and orchestration frameworks such as UFM, DOCA, or Kubernetes networking.\nBackground in defining platform standards or reference architectures adopted across the industry.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and other objective job-related factors.
