We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Process Engineer to drive product identification, labeling, manufacturing readiness, and product configuration processes for data center products throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines deep expertise in labeling and product identification with broader responsibilities across PLM, configuration management, customer requirements, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across engineering, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to turn complex product requirements into accurate, scalable, and executable processes.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nDevelop, release, and maintain product labeling and identification specifications throughout NPI, mass production, and sustaining phases.\n\nPartner with industrial design, mechanical engineering, board layout, manufacturing, and suppliers to define label placement, materials, specifications, and implementation requirements.\n\nDevelop OEM label customization materials and support customer and CPM engagements for new product launches.\n\nSupport FAI and NPI activities by ensuring labeling, packaging, and product configuration requirements are accurately implemented and approved.\n\nSupport product configuration and BOM accuracy within PLM systems, ensuring product structures, revisions, and associated documentation are aligned with released product requirements.\n\nValidate barcode designs and ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and corporate requirements using barcode verification and label design tools.\n\nIdentify gaps and inefficiencies across PLM and operational processes and drive improvements through process standardization, automation, and better use of system capabilities.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\n8+ years of experience in product identification, labeling, manufacturing operations, product configuration, or related engineering/operations disciplines, preferably in electronics or data center environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of labeling systems, barcode standards, label materials, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.\n\nExperience translating technical or customer requirements into clear specifications, processes, and documentation.\n\nStrong cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBS or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nDeep expertise in product identification, barcode verification, and labeling standards, including ISO requirements.\n\nHands-on experience with tools such as Bartender, Codesoft, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar label/design software.\n\nStrong understanding of PDP/Windchill and the ability to identify opportunities to improve PLM workflows and data flows.\n\nExperience identifying process limitations and developing or implementing automation and tooling solutions.\n\nProven ability to simplify complex processes and drive adoption of standardized, scalable solutions across engineering and manufacturing organizations.\n\nWe provide competitive salaries and generous benefits.
