We have crafted a team of outstanding people stretching around the globe, whose mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platform for the future of computing.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nTechnical leadership role to define/plan/implement/execute performance verification strategy of sophisticated CPU designs\nAbility to delve into lowest level details of CPU unit design specification, implementation and it's performance impact\nInteractions with architect and design engineers to define detailed scope of micro architectural features\nDraft detailed performance testplans and define/Create scalable micros to validate features\nAnalysis and correlation of CPU benchmarks/workloads\nBuild infra/tooling needed for efficient performance correlation debug\nAbility to lead and provide detailed technical guidance to junior engineers\nAgility to work on multiple tasks/projects\nWhat we need to see:\nBS or MS in EE/ECE or equivalent experience. PhD is a plus\n5+ years of experience in CPU performance modeling, performance correlation, performance analysis, or relevant experiences\nStrong understanding in CPU micro architecture and designs\nExperience with workload analysis and characterization\nStrong coding skills in scripting languages like Perl, Python, or C++\nGood communication skills and ability & desire to work as a team player are a must\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience leading performance validation of major blocks of CPU pipeline\nBackground with ARM A64, X86 Architectures\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
