Join our growing team and help create the reliable test infrastructure that enables the next generation of Data Center products.\nLooking for a skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with architecture, software, test and hardware teams.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAnalyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level\n\nCharacterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market\n\nLead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements\n\nInfluence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience\n\nProblem-solving skills, especially test failure analysis and test coverage enhancement.\n\nWorking knowledge of JMP/Python.\n\nUnderstanding of process-product interaction related to yield, performance and reliability\n\nAble to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects in an efficient and effective manner.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience with multi-chiplet products utilizing advanced packaging\n\nPassion for creating automation tools for data analysis and reporting\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
