(Chonburi area main site) as Tier 2, traveling to other sites from time to time is required.\nAct as Tier 2 technical support for manufacturing and production-related issues escalated from Tier 1 teams.\nLead root cause analysis and drives corrective actions for complex production, test and quality issues.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness and production ramp activities.\nMaintain and improve production infrastructure, test systems, tools and manufacturing processes.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.\nDrive yield improvement, cost reduction, process optimization and test capacity expansion initiatives.\nDevelop troubleshooting guides, training materials and knowledge-sharing processes to enhance Tier 1 capabilities.\nSupport qualification, deployment and validation of new hardware, software and manufacturing solutions.\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or related fields with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with experience using JMP or similar data analysis tools.\nExperience with production test systems, manufacturing processes and hardware debugging.\nProficiency in Linux, Python, C++, automation, networking and data analysis tools.\nStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal, leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively lead and develop CM/ODM/JDM engineering teams.\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWays to Stand Out From the Crowd:\nExperience with networking, optical transceiver or high-speed interconnect products.\nExperience with manufacturing automation and production support
