If so, apply now!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead office, lab, garage, and other commercial real estate transactions across the Americas, including leases, renewals, expansions, contractions, and subleases.\nWork on site selection, market evaluation, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution, collaborating with internal and external experts.\nDevelop negotiation strategies that achieve favorable financial, business, and legal terms while supporting NVIDIA’s long-term needs.\nEvaluate opportunities to improve portfolio cost, footprint, and flexibility through site selection, market analysis, due diligence, and financial analysis.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, Insurance, Workplace, business leaders, landlords, brokers, and outside counsel to assess risk, align priorities, and implement transactions.\nNegotiate real estate agreements and translate financial, contractual, and market considerations into recommendations for senior leaders while managing transactions through completion.\nManage multiple complex transactions at once, keeping all landmarks, approvals, and obligations on track and on schedule.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, business, law, or a related field.\n12+ years of U.S. commercial real estate transactional experience, including ownership of lease negotiations from strategy through execution.\nKnowledge of commercial real estate markets, lease economics, cost drivers, site selection, due diligence, and real estate finance.\nAbility to review and negotiate letters of intent, leases, subleases, licenses, work letters, amendments, and related agreements, supported by financial analysis and Excel modeling.\nAbility to influence across teams, balance competing priorities, exercise sound business judgment, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders and external partners.\nExperience managing large-scale or complex corporate real estate transactions at a global technology company.\nHistory of advising senior executives on significant real estate investments and long-term portfolio decisions.\nFamiliarity with specialized facilities such as R&D, engineering, or lab environments.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience leading large-scale or complex real estate transactions for a global technology or fast-growing organization.\nExperience advising senior leaders on significant real estate investments and long-term portfolio commitments.\nExperience with R&D, engineering, lab, or other technically complex facilities.\nAdvanced degree in law, business administration or real estate is highly preferred.\nJoin NVIDIA’s Corporate Real Estate group and contribute to crafting the future of our innovative and dynamic workplace environments!\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
