We have crafted a team of outstanding people, whose mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platform for the future of data center simulation and design.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDesign and develop web applications using Python and Django framework in Kubernetes infrastructure.\nLead features from design through production, improving performance and reliability through testing, monitoring, and benchmarking.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.\nUse and contribute to AI infrastructure for design, coding, testing and debugging.\nCollaborate with engineers, product manager and architects, contribute to technical decisions, and share knowledge.\nWhat we need to see:\nBSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience as a Backend developer, delivering and supporting reliable production software\nProficiency in Python with strong programming and software development skills.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Linux.\nRegular use of AI tools for design, coding, testing, debugging, and evaluation of generated outputs for correctness, security, and maintainability.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.\nAbility to investigate problems, explain technical tradeoffs, and collaborate across teams.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nHands-on experience with Python Django framework.\nStrong background with developing Kubernetes operators and custom resources.\nHands-on experience with developing AI agents, skills, orchestrate pipelines and feedback loops.\nExperience with developing virtualization solutions using technologies like QEMU.\nKnowledge of Linux networking and understanding of networking concepts and protocols.\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
