You will work with customers and engineering teams to build, integrate, and improve software for BlueField and ConnectX platforms.\nYour work will span software development, system integration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis, helping customers move from initial testing to production deployment.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nWork with customers to understand their networking requirements and develop technical solutions.\nDevelop and integrate networking software for BlueField and ConnectX platforms.\nTest and optimize RDMA and RoCE solutions for performance and reliability.\nInvestigate issues across applications, networking libraries, drivers, firmware, and switches.\nAnalyze packet drops, congestion, latency, and throughput to identify problems and recommend improvements.\nCreate test cases and automation to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and measure performance.\nCollaborate with software, firmware, architecture, and product teams throughout development and deployment.\nDocument findings and communicate progress, technical decisions, and next steps.\nWhat we need to see:\nA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of relevant software or systems engineering experience.\nExperience programming in C and developing or debugging software on Linux.\nKnowledge of networking protocols and experience with RDMA, RoCE, or other high-performance networking technologies.\nExperience investigating technical issues and evaluating possible solutions.\nClear communication skills and the ability to work with customers and colleagues across teams.\nAn interest in learning new technologies and sharing knowledge.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience with BlueField, ConnectX, DOCA, DPDK, or RDMA verbs.\nKnowledge of congestion control, QoS, PFC, or ECN.\nFamiliarity with AI workloads, NCCL, or CUDA.\nExperience testing or deploying networking solutions at scale.\nPython or shell scripting experience for diagnostics and automation.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
