You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating components of AV stack. In this role, you will be working with cross-functional teams within NVIDIA as well as OEM partners locally.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nDesign, develop, optimize components of NVIDIA's AV stack and integrate on OEM platforms, taking features from prototype to production performance.\n\nEvaluate and tune feature performance across OEM carlines, platforms, regions, ODDs, and sensor configurations, ensuring that KPIs reflect real-world performance.\n\nTriage complex feature issues, identify root causes using simulation, replay tools, vehicle logs, and on-vehicle diagnostics and drive end-to-end resolution in collaboration with customer engineering teams.\n\nDevelop AI-assisted tools for large-scale replay, KPI evaluation, issue classification, root-cause analysis, and regression detection\n\nWhat We Need To See:\nBS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.\n\nStrong C/C++ and QNX/Linux skills, including modern C++, data structures, debugging, software design, and performance optimization in real-time embedded/control systems\n\nDeep expertise in one or more components of AV stack - Perception, Mapping, Planning & Control\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across global teams and more importantly with OEM partners\n\nA proactive, self-driven, owner mindset.\n\nTravel within EU and internationally for vehicle testing and OEM collaboration as needed\n\n Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nExperience delivering one or more components of production grade AV stack: Perception, Fusion, Mapping, Planning & Control\n\nHands-on deep learning experience - model training, evaluation, and optimisation under production-grade deployment constraints.\n\nAdvanced control theory - classical, nonlinear, MPC, or optimal control - applied to real vehicle behavior.\n\nCertified test driver experience in Europe\n\nWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
