An MS or PhD is preferred.\n6+ years of experience in Python or other modern programming languages.\nExperience developing and maintaining technical software systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nAbility to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment and apply new technologies and approaches.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nComfort navigating ambiguous problem spaces, learning from source code and primary papers, prototyping quickly, and adapting based on evidence.\nBackground in performance analysis, executive dashboards, or quantitative modeling for accelerated systems. Experience working close to hardware or at large scale is a plus.\nTrack record of turning real-world inputs into structured, reliable software.\nExperience helping teammates learn and adopt new technologies while continuing to deliver.\nGood judgment about systems build and openness to revising your views as new information emerges.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
