Develop secure and efficient software for a significant impact.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nCollaborate across teams to develop and deliver scalable software for our brand new cloud infrastructure.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain network and systems automation solutions for highly dynamic, multi-tenant environments.\n\nEngage closely with partners to understand their requirements and ensure an outstanding user experience.\n\nContribute to and lead open-source projects and communities relevant to our work.\n\nShare roadmaps, technical demos, and vision with collaborators and leaders to provide updates and show progress.\n\nMaintain ownership of your work from the initial development stage through to production, ensuring flawless execution.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nAt least 12 years of experience designing and building distributed systems.\n\nAdvanced programming skills in one or more languages, including C, C++, Go, or Rust.\n\nProven experience building and maintaining APIs.\n\nKnowledge of asynchronous programming, threading, state machines, and data structures.\n\nExperience with data persistence and storage (SQL or equivalent).\n\nUnderstanding of secure communication protocols such as mutual TLS or IPsec.\n\nStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols, including IP, IPv6, BGP, HTTP, ICMP, and tunneling protocols.\n\nWays to Stand Out from the crowd:\nBackground working at a hyperscale cloud service provider and experience designing, operating, or automating EVPN/VXLAN fabrics and other overlay networking solutions.\n\nDeep familiarity with IPv6 deployment, routing, address management, and dual-stack cloud environments.\n\nExperience with BGP-based network architectures, traffic engineering, and scalable routing design.\n\nFamiliarity with host management technologies such as DHCP, Redfish, and UEFI, as well as security services including TPM, TXT, and Secure Boot as well as exposure to Kubernetes, distributed task scheduling systems, and cloud-native networking.\n\nUnderstanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, including observability, service-level objectives, and production
