At NVIDIA, we’re constantly innovating - shaping the future of AI networking and accelerating the world’s data like never before\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwn and lead multiple networking software Switch related programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers.\nOrchestrate cross-functionally among Israeli and global marketing , engineering, and operations teams from initial requirements through architecture stage, execution, and delivery\nDrive feature planning and prioritization to ensure program goals and product capabilities meet schedule and quality targets\nIdentify and resolve risks, gaps, and bottlenecks through collaboration with technical, program leaders and executive management\nMatrix management of inbound teams to ensure consistent alignment with NVIDIA’s strategic direction and product goals\nWhat we need to see:\nB.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, MBA - advantage.\n8+ years of experience in software program or project management or leadership\nStrong expertise in software project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira/TFS/Redmine, MS Excel, MS Project, AI tools prefered)\nExperience managing multidisciplinary software development over hardware and/or silicon products\nSelf-driven team player with strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach; capable of leading people and driving complex tasks in parallel\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly convey complex information to engineers and executives\nAbility and willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and collaborate across time zones\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nAbility to conduct technical discussions\nSoftware networking background\nExperience running multiple programs or releases in parallel within global, cross-functional organizations\nExperience with large-scale programs\nFamiliarity with Agile software development principles and frameworks\nIf you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
