verification with R&D\n\nDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Python\n\nIdentify, analyze, and report software defects, inconsistencies, and other quality issues\n\nDrive design verification flows and methodologies improvements\n\nPerform functional, integration, and regression of software applications and networking protocols\n\nWork with planning and tracking systems to manage the release progress and build release indicators\n\nParticipate in code reviews, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the quality and maintainability of the software\n\nContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of test processes and methodologies, recommending improvements as necessary\n\nStay up to date with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in software verification and QA\n\nMake better product quality by improving test coverage\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nGood background in designing, implementing, and debugging Software\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in writing programs using Python\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate software defects\n\nAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions\n\nExperience with CI methodology & tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, etc.)\n\nExperience in Linux distributions (Centos/RedHat, Ubuntu, Fedora, SLES)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience with network equipment (switches, Network Cards) and understanding of network protocols (e.g., IP, Ethernet)\n\nBackground with Networking applications and
