In this role, you'll connect real-world customer workloads to NVIDIA's hardware and software ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale our platforms. We're looking for someone with strong technical depth who can serve as a trusted advisor, bridge complex challenges to innovative solutions, and grow into a strategic resource for the customers and partners you support. If you're excited about applied technology and enabling others to succeed with advanced platforms, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nServe as a trusted advisor who understands complex or large-scale customer workloads and maps them to NVIDIA's technology stack to achieve measurable outcomes.\nCo-design advanced, scalable architectures with OEM and deployment partners, defining technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.\nEngage hands-on with deep technical topics-designing, validating, and supporting solutions that enable customer and partner success.\nIdentify gaps between OEM and deployment partner needs and NVIDIA offerings, communicating insights that shape internal product and engineering priorities.\nLead technical engagements, helping customers troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and advocate for their technical needs.\nDrive technical enablement and platform adoption, helping developers and enterprises integrate NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.\nPartner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of NVIDIA solutions.\nLead AI Factory build execution engagements with OEM and deployment partners, driving technical readiness, deployment validation, and issue resolution across NVIDIA AI infrastructure build-outs.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of professional experience spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management - with 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in AI infrastructure, data center deployment, or large-scale AI/HPC systems.\nDeep technical expertise in high-performance computing, AI/ML, data center infrastructure, rack-scale AI infrastructure, or large-scale GPU systems, with a track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.\nStrong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to helping customers succeed.\nA track record of balancing empathy for OEM and deployment partner needs with the ability to drive complex product decisions through trusted relationships.\nExperience working with OEM, ODM, system integrator, or deployment partner ecosystems to drive technical field engagement, partner enablement, or platform adoption at scale.\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA GPU, networking, and AI infrastructure platforms, with a track record of driving integrations in large-scale deployment environments.\nExperience working with services, field engineering, professional services, manufacturing partners, or deployment services teams.\nTravel required (up to 50%) to support field engagements, partner sites, and deployment activities.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nA hands-on technical expert and problem solver who can clearly describe solution paths for complex challenges.\nHistory of enabling customers and/or partners to successfully adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms.\nA technical vision that influences product and engineering decisions and drives production outcomes.\nExperience with AI Factory, accelerated computing, rack-scale AI infrastructure, or large-scale GPU system deployments.\nExperience contributing to deployment playbooks, execution frameworks, or readiness programs for large-scale AI infrastructure build-outs.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
