Be it high speed, low power, multiport, we engage closely with processor architecture teams to build custom solutions across the entire NVIDIA silicon portfolio. Join a team of dedicated engineers developing the custom SRAM circuits that help power these chips.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDesign best-in-class SRAM circuits using state-of-the-art technology processes\n\nOptimize circuits for performance, area, and power\n\nSupervise mask designers to craft high quality and dense pitch-matched layout\n\nVerify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness\n\nImprove/develop flows and methodologies to streamline design automation, data collection, and analysis to ensure working silicon\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering\n\nMinimum 3 years of circuit design experience\n\nExperience with scripting languages - Perl and Python\n\nStrong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques and macro/block development\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nSelf-motivation, attention to detail, strong data analysis and clear communication and presentation skills\n\nFamiliarity with industry tools such as Cadence Virtuoso for schematic and layout, SPICE simulators, waveform viewers\n\nBackground with developing and using various flows and methodologies including: Static Timing analysis, EM and IR analysis, Formal Verification\n\nAt NVIDIA, we have been at the forefront of innovation for over two decades.
