NVIDIA is an American technology company founded in 1993 that invented the graphics processing unit and has become the dominant supplier of accelerated computing platforms for artificial intelligence. Its portfolio spans data centre GPUs and systems built on the Hopper and Blackwell architectures, GeForce consumer graphics, automotive and robotics platforms, high-speed networking acquired with Mellanox, and the CUDA software stack that binds the ecosystem together. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, the company sells to cloud providers, enterprises, research institutions and gamers worldwide and is one of the most valuable listed businesses on the Nasdaq.

Are you ready to be part of an ambitious team driving digital transformation at NVIDIA? As a Sr. Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, high-impact experiences that support our core business functions. This outstanding opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with global partners and influence decisions that determine our competitive edge!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and end users to uncover business needs, employee difficulties, and experience opportunities, translating them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation, process optimization, and measurable improvements to the employee and user experience across enterprise applications.

  • Apply a product outlook and build-thinking principles to develop intuitive, simple, and high-impact experiences-starting with the user problem and connecting solutions to meaningful business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with global partners, architects, engineers, and business leaders to define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and develop world-class systems supporting NVIDIA’s core business functions.

  • Use strong analytical thinking, data, user feedback, and qualitative insights to find opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed product and experience decisions.

  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that build alignment, influence decisions, and help collaborators understand the “why” behind priorities and investments.

  • Build positive relationships with collaborators at all levels, facilitate productive discussions, navigate ambiguity, and negotiate trade-offs across user needs, technical constraints, timelines, and business value.

  • Champion employee experience and user-centric build, continuously gathering feedback and measuring adoption, usability, happiness, and business impact to evolve solutions after launch.

  • Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and intended business outcomes.

  • Mentor junior analysts and help foster a culture of curiosity, customer empathy, analytical rigor, experimentation, and continuous learning.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, enterprise technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.

  • Outstanding analytical and systems thinking skills, with the capacity to synthesize complex information, recognize patterns and root causes, define ambiguous problems, and convert insights into practical recommendations.

  • A strong product approach, with demonstrated ability to understand users, define problems before solutions, prioritize based on value, and continuously improve experiences using feedback and data.

  • Passion for user and employee experience, with the ability to support simple, intuitive experiences while balancing business requirements and technical realities.

  • Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to convert complex data, user insights, and technical concepts into persuasive narratives that encourage alignment and motivate action.

  • Demonstrated strength in engaging and influencing collaborators, including experience facilitating conversations with global teams, senior leaders, technical partners, and diverse business functions.

  • Excellent judgment and ability to navigate competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, manage ambiguity, and build consensus without relying solely on authority.

  • Technical proficiency in AI-powered enterprise solutions, advanced analytics platforms, enterprise application integration, and modern digital workplace technologies.

  • Ambitious, curious, and self-motivated, capable of succeeding in a quick-moving, strongly collaborative atmosphere and reliably achieving high-quality outcomes.

Join our team and help us achieve flawless execution in digital transformation initiatives!
