This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior program leader who thrives in highly technical settings and knows how to translate complex signals into clear priorities, aligned plans, and measurable business outcomes.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDrive complex technical programs focused on infrastructure operations, service health, operational readiness, and platform reliability.\nPartner with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to improve infrastructure visibility and accelerate issue resolution.\nBuild and manage coordinated program plans, achievements, dependencies, risks, and success metrics across multiple teams.\nLead cross-functional operating cadences for execution tracking, issue review, customer concern management, and leadership communication.\nTranslate operational data, telemetry, and incident trends into prioritized actions with clear owners and measurable closure plans.\nImprove the mechanisms used to track infrastructure health, operational risks, and recovery progress.\nCoordinate readiness for maintenance events, infrastructure changes, and large-scale operational transitions.\nAlign teams around the highest-impact issues affecting infrastructure performance and service quality.\nCommunicate progress, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to technical and leadership audiences.\nWhat we need to see\n12+ years of technical program management, infrastructure program management, or related experience in large-scale cloud or platform environments.\nProven track record leading complex cross-functional programs across engineering and operations teams.\nExperience with infrastructure reliability, observability, operational readiness, or service health initiatives.\nStrong ability to translate technical complexity into structured plans, decisions, and executive-ready communication.\nDemonstrated success managing dependencies, risks, and blocking issues in matrixed organizations.\nTechnical fluency in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale platform operations.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nWays to stand out from the crowd\nExperience with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, or high-performance computing environments.\nExperience improving service health, infrastructure availability, or operational metrics at scale.\nBackground partnering closely with infrastructure, reliability, or observability teams.\nStrong history of creating scalable operating mechanisms that improve execution across organizations.\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
